The Inland Echo is a web newspaper serving the Inland Northwest with daily updates from Central Washington to the Idaho Panhandle. Please visit www.inlandecho.com to see what we publish.

We are seeking writers and photographers in several topical categories, including:

Travel, Sports, Festivals, Music, Technology, Business, Literary Arts, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Home & Garden, Movies & Television, Food & Drink, Health, The Military

Education/Experience:
You don’t need a degree in journalism or photography to submit materials, however, we do require writers and photographers to uphold ethical standards so that The Inland Echo continues to gain readership and respect in the community.

Contributors Receive:
Your by-line on the article for articles you write;
Your name on the photo credit for photos you take;
A short bio on the masthead with your title and a link to your own website, if appropriate.

Compensation:
This is a non-paying market. Articles can be emailed directly from the website, they are also printable and can also be converted to PDF format for clips. In addition, all articles have a ratings and comments feature for interacting with your readers.

If you have story ideas, please send us your pitch. If you are seeking assignments, we can accommodate. There are new stories every day to write or photograph. Build or add to your portfolio of published clips/photos starting today!

Get the ball rolling by sending email to: hr@inlandecho.com or read our masthead for more information.
